Service Overview EC Global Dynamics (EC GD) provides a dynamic B2B network service in the form of a Global Information ExchangeŽ (GIE). The service provides free Windows-based software and task specific Internet servers. Participants process data on the desktop and then use a special dialer to link applications to servers. Security is assured when product files, images, transactions and other data are exchanged through the servers. The service helps formalize e-business relationships and replaces redundant paperwork with single entry electronic data and workflow. This enables participants to set up, grow and maintain a self-serving e-business neighborhood known as a Marketplace Exchange (MPX). Links to current and new trading partners are easily established and transparent to users. The learning curve is short. There is no limit to the number of cross-links between MPXs that a Participant can launch in order to establish new business opportunities. Trading Partners participate in MPX services by downloading and installing free software or after arranging with us to link their current application to the GIE. Initial Vendor links are provided when the downloaded software is registered. This is an affordable network that provides e-Business opportunities regardless of trading partner's technical requirements and budget.
