The forms below are sample forms that allow the user to fill in and "print" the form to the EDI-Link Print Driver. When a form is "printed" to the driver, the following can happen:
The user can print and save a copy of ANY PDF document.
* A copy of the PDF document is posted to Internet for access by authorized users.
* An email with a copy of the PDF document and a link to the web-stored PDF is sent to authorized email addresses.
* An email with a copy of the required documents (i.e. ProForma, NAFTA, etc.) is sent to authorized email addresses.
* A computer readable file is generated and sent to authorized parties, in the format and method they require.
Note that these are sample forms only, and should not be used in actual trade.
Canadian Commercial Invoice - This is the standard Canada Customs form.
US ProForma (Version 1) - This is a sample US bound ProForma Invoice.
US ProForma (Version 2) - This is a sample US bound ProForma Invoice. See the Note below for details on simplifying the data entry.
Excel File - This is a sample of a data file that can be used to create the shipping documentation.
Note: The form US ProForma (Version 2) allows the user to enter a Part Number, rather than all the individual fields related to a part. For parts that have been set up in an external product database, the HS Tariff and Country of Origin fields will retrieved and automatically added to the resulting computer data file. Some working part numbers for the demonstration are: WHEAT, CORN, BOWL, 8525
